Erster Grund: Ihr habt Euch – erstmals vermutlich – Mühe und Gedanken gemacht.
2. Selbstgemachte Pflegeserien sind von hohem Distinktionswert. Zu erwähnen, dass beispielsweise eine Gesichtscreme Shiseido Vital Perfection Uplifting & Firming Cream 90 Euro (50 ml, nicht das Kilo…) gekostet hat, zeugt von prolligster Peinlichkeit. Zu erwähnen, dass frau an ihre Haut nur noch die selbstgemachte Gesichtscreme von Männe lässt, erzeugt höchste Sozialakzeptanz.
3. Kosten: Auf der Kostenseite liegt Ihr im Vergleich zu Premiumprodukten um den Faktor 20 bis 100 günstiger mit Selbstgemachtem und Ihr dreht den Kosmetikkonzernen eine Nase. Die Profitspanne im Luxus-Kosmetikbereich kommt der dem Drogenhandel nahe. Der Besitzer des Luxuskonzerns LVHM, in dem u. a. 4. Gesundheit: Wir verwenden die gleichen Grundsubstanzen wie der hochpreisige Konsummüll, aber ohne Konservierungsstoffe. Hier eine unvollständige Aufzählung der Stoffe, die in konventioneller Kosmetik sein können, und ihrer möglichen Folgen: Aluminiumsalze (Alzheimer und Brustkrebs). Benzophenon (Krebs, hormonell wirksam). Mineralöle, Paraffine, synthetisches Glycerin (Bakterielle Entzündungen). Parabene (Krebs). Phthalate (Fettleibigkeit und Diabetes). Silikone, Tenside (Haut und Schleimhaut Austrocknung).
Und jetzt geht’s los, wir fangen in Modul 1 extrem einfach an, mit köstlich-erfrischendem und heilsamem Gesichtswasser. 45 Prozent Rosenwasser, 45 Prozent Orangenblüte (siehe oben), 10 Prozent Hamamelis, einfach zusammenschütten, schütteln und fertig. Alle Zutaten in 100 ml Flaschen, die Ihr gleich weiterverwenden könnt, in jeder Apotheke bestellbar. Riecht köstlich und ist durch das Hamamelis (Zaubernuss) blutstillend, entzündungshemmend, adstringierend und Juckreizstillend. Kann man auch am anderen Ende verwenden, gegen Hämorrhoiden.
Modul 2, Gesichtscreme.
Zutaten: das kosmetische Universalmittel Sheabutter und Öl (z. B. Mandelöl, ich nehme selbst angesetztes Rosmarin-Olivenöl, wirkt zusätzlich antientzündlich und gegen Hautkrankheiten) .
Sheabutter und Öl im Verhältnis 80: 20 in ein Gefäß geben, im Warmwasserbad (bei niedriger Temperatur ca. 40 Grad, sonst verflüchtigen sich Wirkbestandteile) schmelzen und umrühren, in eine leere Cremedose geben, abkühlen lassen, fertig.
Alle Geräte vorher sterilisieren, am billigsten ist Bioethanol, 99 % Alkohol, im Baumarkt, kann man auch Hände nach Krankenhausbesuch mit desinfizieren. Creme kühl lagern. Protokoll führen, vor allem über Mischungsverhältnisse. Wenn das Euer Hobby wird, solltet Ihr die Übersicht behalten. Gerade bei Cremes kann man noch individuelle Duftnoten mit ätherischen Ölen einbauen.
