Plakate im sozialen Brennpunkt Hannover-Mühlenberg. Zitat aus Wikipedia: „Der Stadtteil als Ganzes weist in fast allen Sozialdaten negative Rekordwerte auf. So erhielten am 31. Dezember 2017 über 66 % der Haushalte mit Kindern und Jugendlichen Transferleistungen, die mit großem Abstand höchste Kinderarmutsquote der Stadt. Insgesamt empfangen etwa die Hälfte der Bewohner Transferleistungen. Mühlenberg hatte im Dezember 2022 mit 20,8 % die höchste Arbeitslosenquote in Hannover.“
20 Prozent, wir erinnern uns, war auch der Wahlanteil der AfD in Mühlenberg bei letzten EU-Wahl, wo sie in Gesamt-Hannover lediglich 8,5 Prozent erhalten hatte. Ob meine Prognose zutrifft, dass in einzelnen Wahllokalen in Mühlenberg die AfD heute über 50 Prozent der Stimmen erhält, werde ich Mitte der Woche hier dokumentieren, wenn die Auszählung offiziell ist.
Wie desaströs die städtebauliche und damit auch gesellschaftliche Integration von Menschen unterschiedlicher Nationalitäten und Herkünfte in weiten, sozial prekären Teilen unseres Landes gescheitert ist, zeigen die folgenden Zahlen: In Mühlenberg haben 79,6 % der Bewohner einen Migrationshintergrund, von denen 50,2 % Ausländer sind.
Trotzdem – oder leider gerade wegen des gesellschaftlichen Scheiterns deshalb – wählen extrem viele Menschen dort die extrem rassistische AfD. Wobei die Gemengelage komplex ist: In Mühlenberg leben viele Menschen mit russischem und postsowjetischem Migrationshintergrund, die wieder um eine hohe Affinität zur AfD besitzen. Selbstverständlich herrscht auch innerhalb der migrantischen Community ein veritabler Rassismus: Russlanddeutsche vs. Türken und Araber z. B. All das ist die logische Konsequenz, wenn man Menschen ohne Jobs, ohne Zukunft, ohne ausreichende flankierende soziale und städtebauliche Infrastruktur wie Legehennen in Betonbatterien zusammenpfercht.
Randnotiz: Viele Straßennamen im Mühlenberg stammen von antifaschistischen Widerstandskämpferinnen, die von Nazis ermordet wurden: Canarisweg , Schollweg, Weiße Rose, Leuschnerweg, Reichweinweg , Bonhoeffer, Ossietzky, etc. pp. Kommunistische Widerstandskämpfer*innen, wie Hilde Coppi von der „Roten Kapelle“ sind, soweit ich weiß, dort nicht vertreten.
In der Sache Hilde Coppi gibt es einen Änderungsantrag von Bezirksratsfrau Julia Grammel (DIE LINKE.) zu Drucks. Nr. 15-1959/2023 „Straßenbenennungen im (hannöverschen, d. A.) Stadtteil Badenstedt“ Der Antrag bringt es auf den Punkt.
Ich habe nicht weiter recherchiert. Dieses gesellschaftliche Versagen auf so vielen Ebenen, dessen erste Quittung wir unter anderem heute Glockenschlag 18 Uhr präsentiert bekommen, vergällt mir den schönen Frühlingstag. Irgendwann reicht’s dann auch.
Was halblustiges zum Schluss: Wir wissen nicht, wer obige Plakate geklebt hat, doch die AfD, die langsam die Masken fallen lässt, deren Sympathisanten, Linke, Antifa, Kommunikationsguerilla … Die Aktion ging bundesweit durch die Medien.
Über einen Satz in dem ansonsten eher deprimierenden HAZ-Artikel musste ich dann doch lachen: „Ein Verweis auf eine Kunst- oder Satireaktion lässt sich auf den Plakaten ebenfalls nicht finden.“
Wäre der Autor auf die Idee gekommen, einen Schritt zurück oder neben sich zu treten, wäre er vielleicht auf die Idee gekommen, dass die Plakate selber der Verweis auf Kunst oder Satire sein können. Aber das werden wir wohl nie herausfinden.
