Ist natürlich ein Scherz. Wir haben ja dazu gelernt. Unseren Horizont erweitert. Respektive die Mauer erweitert. Nicht mehr nur läppische 1400 km durch Deutschland. Das Motto lautet „Citius, Altius, Fortius“. Und Longior. Länger. Jetzt bauen wir eine Mauer, die 10x so lang ist. Knapp 14.000 km. An der EU-Außengrenze. Die ist übrigens auch Gravius, und damit beenden wir dann das grausame Spiel des kleinen Latrinums. Der Komparativ Gravius meint: Tödlicher. Während an der DDR-Grenze insgesamt in 28 Jahren insgesamt ca. 500 Menschen eines gewaltsamen Todes starben, sind es bisher laut Schätzungen von Brot für die Welt an den EU-Außengrenzen in den letzten 15 Jahren über 30.000, mit einer erheblichen Dunkelziffer. Die EU-Außengrenze ist die mörderischste der Menschheitsgeschichte.
Dafür sind „wir“ aber die Wiege und das Zentrum der Zivilisation. Jedenfalls führen „wir“ uns so auf. Apropos Aufführen. Demnächst finden wieder Wahl-Aufführungen statt. In Sachsen-Anhalt wird nächstes Jahr gewählt, CDU und AfD haben da laut Umfragen zusammen eine Mehrheit von über 70 Prozent bei den Mandaten. Da gilt es, die demokratischen Zähne zusammenzubeißen und zu akzeptieren, dass zusammenwächst, was zusammenpasst. Was demokratisch passend gemacht wird.
Eine mögliche Maßnahme dieser Koalition, ganz im Sinne der Mehrheit der Landesinsassen: Die Kündigung des Rundfunkstaatsvertrages. Mit der möglichen ! Konsequenz der Auflösung öffentlich-rechtlicher Sender wie MDR (Kein Verlust!) und rbb (Echter Verlust. Meine Abendschau!). Weil der öffentlich-rechtliche Rotfunk nur linksgrünversiffte Propaganda betreibt und wir keine Zwangsgebühren bezahlen wollen, wie in der DDR. Freie Wahl der Sender für Freie Bürger!
Da würde natürlich sofort das Bundesverfassungsgericht zwischen grätschen und das Gesetz kassieren. Was aber wäre, und nun wird es für Feinschmecker des Verfassungsrechtes lecker, wenn die betroffene Landesregierung das Urteil einfach ignoriert und die Sendeanstalt im eigenen Ländle abwickelt? Das Urteile auch oberer Instanzen ignoriert werden, ist nicht unüblich und die Macht des Rechtes hat ihre Grenzen. Z. B. an den Läufen von Gewehren.
Greift im Verweigerungsfall dann der § 37 des GG, der den sogenannten Bundeszwang regelt? Dieser Paragraf ist die Nachfolge der sogenannten Reichsexekution , mit Hilfe derer die Reichsregierung in der Weimarer Republik missliebige linke Länderregierungen wie in Thüringen und Sachsen absetzen ließ. Durch Einmarsch der Reichswehr. Verantwortlich war dafür Reichspräsident Friedrich Ebert. Sozialdemokrat. Was sonst.
Davon, dass die Bundeswehr im § 37 nicht gemeint ist, wie manche Verfassungsrechtler behaupten, steht in dem § nichts drin.
Wen ich das noch erleben dürfte, dass die Bundeswehr zur Herstellung von Recht und Ordnung in der Ostzone einmarschiert, das wäre mir ein innerer Reichskarteitag.
Ach ja, 100 Tage Koalition haben wir heute ja auch noch. Mein Kommentar:
