Ernte 25. Bonsai Gras, Marke Black Domina. Soll demütig machen. Ich werde Sie, liebe Leserinnen, untertänigst auf dem Rauchenden halten. Wär ja was Trump und Putin.
Die Aussichten für Waffenstillstand in der Ukraine, geschweige denn Frieden, auf dem heutigen Gipfel sind eher schlecht. Fragen wir die Märkte: Rheinmetall hat in den letzten Tagen nach der zwischenzeitlichen Panik der Waffenhändler vor dem Ausbruch des Friedens wieder um 10 % zugelegt und eröffnet auch Heute stabil mit +0,67 %. Es wird also weiter gestorben im Osten.
Das Bonsai Gras ist keine Meisterleistung von mir, sondern falscher Anbau. Ich hatte den Setzling schon in warmen Apriltagen rausgesetzt, um zu testen, ob vorzeitiger Aussetzung die Wachstumsphase verlängert, mehr und höheren Ertrag bringt. Tut es nicht. In der folgenden Kälteperiode stellte die Pflanze das Wachstum ein. Kein Licht, keine Wärme, da blieb sie lieber klein, wenn auch voll ausgebildet mit Blüten, Trichomen. Bonsai eben. Nach außen verkaufe ich das als grandiosen, beabsichtigten Zuchterfolg: Das erste Bonsai-Gras! Für die, die schon alles haben.
So wird das auch heute in Alaska laufen. Kommt nix bei raus, wird als grandioser Erfolg gepriesen. Und Rheinmetall geht weiter ab.
An der Front wird offensichtlich gestorben, hier verdeckt, im Stillen, unbemerkt. Kein Mensch weiß, wie viele Obdachlose, gesundheitlich vorgeschädigt und der Hitze hilflos ausgeliefert, in den letzten Tagen Wetterbedingt gestorben sind. Es gibt zu wenig Infrastrukturen dafür. Unterlassene Hilfeleistung seitens des Staates.
Geld wär ja da. Beispiel Vermögenssteuer. Gibt es bei uns nicht. Ist seit 1997 durch ein Urteil des Verfassungsgerichtes ausgesetzt. Begründung unter anderem: Die Ausgestaltung sei nicht mit dem Gleichheitsgrundsatz vereinbar, da Immobilienvermögen gegenüber anderen Vermögen – anders als geschehen – nicht besser behandelt werden dürften. Immobilien wurden damals nach dem Einheitswert von 1964 bewertet (In Ostdeutschland von 1935!). Das hätte man im Handumdrehen, meint innerhalb von ein, zwei Jahren ändern können und die Werte für Immobilien angleichen können. Stattdessen hat der Gesetzgeber unter dem Druck von Lobbyisten der Reichen was gemacht?
Genau. Nichts. Dadurch sind bisher dem Staat, je nach Ausgestaltung der Steuer, bis zu 500 Mrd. Euro entgangen. Die Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung geht von Einnahmen bis zu 20 Mrd. per anno aus. Ein paar Millionen davon hätten für Kältebusse, Kühlstuben, Kühlmatten und ähnliche lebensrettende Maßnahmen für Obdachlose in Hitzeperioden gereicht.
Noch ein Beispiel für unterlassene staatliche Hilfeleistung: Natürlich gibt es spekulativen Leerstand in Ballungsräumen. Massenhaft. In einigen deutschen Städten haben die Behörden ein Mittel dagegen, unterhalb der Enteignungsschwelle. Sie können Treuhänder einsetzen. Damit können Eigentümer dazu gezwungen werden, ihre Immobilien zu sanieren und zu vermieten. Sie, liebe Leserinnen, dürfen jetzt raten, wie oft das praktiziert wurde….
Richtig! Genau einmal. 2017 ist in Hamburg ein Treuhänder für ein Mehrfamilienhaus eingesetzt worden. Dieses stand 15 Jahre lang leer. Der vom Bezirk bestellte Treuhänder sorgte dafür, dass sechs der acht Wohnungen saniert wurden.
Früher, zu Zilles Zeiten der feuchten Wohnungen in den Berliner Hinterhöfen sagte man: Man kann mit einer Wohnung einen Menschen wie mit einer Axt töten.
Heute kann man sagen: Man kann Menschen töten, indem man ihnen Wohnungen vorenthält.
Unterlassene Hilfeleistung nach § 323c StGB kann mit Knast bis zu einem Jahr bestraft werden. Ein schönes Bild: Das ganze Kabinett hinter Gittern.
