Matrizendrucker Gestetner 320, gesehen in der Ausstellung „DRUCK DRUCK DRUCK“ in der Galerie Körnerpark in Neukölln. Noch bis in die ersten Semester meines Studiums war die Erstellung von Kopien mittels eines Matrizendruckers ein gängiges Verfahren. Von einer Druckvorlage, der Matrize, konnten bis zu 100 Kopien hergestellt werden. Dazu musste die Vorlage über eine Walze genudelt werden, die den Druck produzierte. Typisch war der Spiritusgeruch bei dem Verfahren, weil das zu bedruckende Papier im Druckvorgang mit Alkohol befeuchtet wurde. Dieses Verfahren war also im Gegensatz zu dem nachfolgenden und heute üblichen Kopiervorgang ein sinnlicher Akt, der Körpereinsatz bedurfte und mit intensiven Gerüchen verbunden war, so wie mit typischen mechanischen Geräuschen
Wer das mal gemacht hat, vergisst es nicht. Das heutige Kopieren ist dagegen kein erinnerswerter Akt – es sei denn, man hatte auf der Arbeit zu viel getrunken, wollte mal seinen nackten Arsch kopieren und musste auf der Hut sein, dass nicht gerade irgendein missgünstiger Kollege vorbeikam, schlimmer noch: Kollegin. Ein Beweis dafür, wozu Einen entfremdete Arbeit treiben kann.
Die Ausstellung „DRUCK DRUCK DRUCK“ fand ich sehr gelungen, Zitat Ankündigung:
„Das Projekt DRUCK DRUCK DRUCK bringt die Druckwerkstatt in die Galerie und schafft Raum für unabhängige Print-Gemeinschaften aus Berlin und darüber hinaus. Die interdisziplinäre, multi-formatige Ausstellung erforscht, wie Printmethoden verwendet werden können, um radikale Ziele in der Kunst, der Bildung und der Gemeinschaft zu erreichen.“
Das wurde mit diversen Objekten belegt, unter anderem aus dem Archiv der Jugendkulturen.
Darunter viele Fanzines, also kleine Zeitungen von Fans für Fans, oft per Hand zusammenkopiert und geheftet, in Kleinstauflagen, vom Mainstream unbeachtet, die meist nach wenigen Nummern nicht mehr existierten. Es gibt kaum ein, meist jugendbewegtes, Thema, zu dem es kein Fanzine gibt.
Die Ausstellung hatte also viel mit Eingreifen, Aktion und radikaler Veränderung zu tun, eins meiner Themen. Und sie interessierte mich auch auf professioneller Ebene, da ich selber das eine oder andere Mal eine Zeitung herausgegeben habe, wie die HALZ, die Hannöversche Arbeitslosen Zeitung.
HALZ Nr. 3, 2003, zur Agenda 2010. Mit meinen Prognosen lag ich nicht schlecht, u. a. was die SPD als Verliererin der von ihr losgetretenen Agenda 2010 anging. Dass die Grünen Opportunistinnen reinsten Wasser sind und jede Schweinerei mitmachen, war mir nicht erst 2003 klar. Das wusste ich im Moment ihrer Gründung.
Leider brachte die Ausstellung eine verborgene Saite in mir zum Klingen. Die HALZ und andere Projekt von mir waren (meist) politisch relevant, sinnvoll, hatten ein Kollektiv von Macherinnen, klare Zielgruppen, relativ hohe Auflagen und Verbreitungsanspruch.
Ich wollte aber einmal in meinem Leben ein Projekt machen, konkreter: eine Zeitung, die vollkommen irrelevant ist, sinnlos, kein Kollektiv, keine Zielgruppe, kein Anspruch, in höchster Qualität, handgesetzt, Auflage maximal 5 bis 10 Stück, eine Zeitung, die nur mir gefällt, ausschließlich mit Themen, die mich interessieren, begeistern, whatsoever. Wenn Sie so wollen: ein Klaus-Dieter-Gleitze-Fanzine, von Klaus-Dieter Gleitze für Klaus-Dieter Gleitze.
Das Leben hat es bisher anders gewollt. Und insofern hat mich mein Ansatz, mir auch draußen im Leben Anregungen und Impulse zu holen, dieses Mal ein bisschen in die Scheiße geritten, weil es die Erinnerung weckte: Da ist noch was nicht erledigt.
Und das, wo jetzt der Sommer kommt, mit Grill, Garten, Badeteich. Das wird doch nie was.
