Aus den Archiven, Wochenblatt 07.08.2013. Kunst am Kiosk. Ich weiß nicht, was die schrägste Kunst-Aktion war, die ich gemacht habe, aber die gehört mit unter die Top 5. Musik, Performance, Kabarett im laufenden Betrieb eines Kiosks. Kioske sind eine hannöversche Institution, in Berlin sind das Spätis, im Pott Büdchen. Verkaufsstationen jenseits von Supermärkten für den täglichen Bedarf wie Alkohol, Zigaretten, Süßigkeiten, Zeitungen, fast rund um die Uhr geöffnet, überwiegend von Familien mit ausländischen Wurzeln betrieben und von nicht zu unterschätzender sozialer Funktion im Kiez. Treffpunkt, Austausch, Nachbarschaftshilfe, vielfach für Menschen, die sich Kneipenbesuche nicht leisten können. Letzter Ort gesellschaftlicher Teilhabe. Der türkische Imbiss „Hades“ in meinem Kreuzberger Domizil ist ein Hybrid zwischen Kiosk und Kneipe. Manche dieser Institutionen sind „Kult“, wie der Hades oder auch Onkel Olli’s Kiosk oben, in der studentisch und migrantisch geprägten Nordstadt von Hannover. Onkel Olli war Gründungsmitglied und Ikone der hiesigen „Die Partei“ und für unsere Aktion sofort bereit. Schade, dass es von der Aktion kein Video gibt. Die meisten Leute würden vermutlich glauben, dass sei gefakt, was da passierte, sowas gäbe es in Wirklichkeit nicht.
Was diese Orte auszeichnet: Man weiß im Gegensatz zu normaler Restauration oder Kneipe nie so genau, was demnächst passiert. Es ist also die Abwesenheit von Routine, Normalalltag und Langeweile.
Und es ist eine andere soziale Wirklichkeit.
Politikerinnen, Verbandsfunktionäre, die meisten sozialpolitischen Akteure haben überwiegend wenig Ahnung, wovon sie reden, wenn sie von Armut, Ausgrenzung, Spaltung der Gesellschaft reden. Sie reden über Menschen, statt mit ihnen. Das merkt man an Sprache, Habitus und in letzter Konsequenz auch an realer Politik. FDP, Merz und Konsorten ist es nicht zu verübeln, wenn sie aktuell den Klassenkampf von oben brutalisieren. Sie vertreten ihr eigenes Interesse und das ihrer Klasse. (Wobei ich mich bei manchen Charaktermasken aus CDU, FDP, aber auch rotgrün, frage, ob die sich darüber im Klaren sind, dass sie keinesfalls zur herrschenden Klasse gehören, sondern bestenfalls zur Kaste der Handlanger. Aber das ist eine andere Geschichte.) Aber bei Anderen frage ich mich schon, wann die das letzte Mal für wie lange aus ihrer Blase rausgekommen sind und in wessen Interesse die Politik oder ihren Job machen …
Manchmal wird die reale Politik aber regelrecht von öffentlicher und veröffentlichter Meinung überrollt. Vor nicht allzu langer Zeit war weitgehend unstrittig, zumindest jenseits der notorisch-neoliberalen Dauerquerulanten, dass die Umbenennung des stigmatisierenden Begriffs „Hartz-IV“ in Bürgergeld ebenso notwendig sei wie die ausstehende Erhöhung um 61 Euro im Monat ab 01.01.24, um wenigstens ansatzweise die enorme Inflation gerade bei Grundnahrungsmitteln abzufedern. Nicht annährend ausreichend, das Ganze. Alle Expertinnen von Sozialverbänden gehen davon aus, dass mindestens 200 Euro mehr für eine menschenwürdige Existenz notwendig wären. Und hinterher wundern sich alle im Chor, wieso die Demokratie-Feinde erdrutschartig wie gerade bei den Käsköppen in den Niederlanden eine Wahl nach der anderen gewinnen.
Es gibt Ressourcen, die sind endlich. Wie Erdöl. Und es gibt welche, die sind unbegrenzt. Wie Windkraft und Sonnenenergie. Und menschliche Blödheit.
