Wir haben was gegen Armut. Wahlplakat der Linken, irgendwo im Nirgendwo.
Jetz beginnt die sogenannte heiße Phase des Wahlkampfes, unter anderem mit Plakate kleben. Ich bewundere die Engagierten, die sich das bei Wind und dem Wetter antun und je nach Region, dabei Gefahr laufen, von Faschisten und Psychos angepöbelt oder verprügelt zu werden. Wobei die Wirksamkeit und Reichweite von analogen Plakaten im 21. Jahrhundert, gelinde gesagt, umstritten ist. Eigentlich machen es alle nur deshalb, weil es die Anderen auch tun.
Den professionellsten Wahlkampf führt zurzeit die AfD. Von ihr hört und sieht man nichts. Sie wartet einfach ab, wie ihr die reifen Früchte der Demokratie in den Wahlkorb fallen. Eigentlich sind die Früchte überreif, faulig. Wenn vier, CDU/CSU, SPD, Grüne, FDP, sich streiten, freut sich die Fünfte, die AfD. Was dabei rauskommt, ist gerade in der Ostmark zu beobachten. In Krisenzeiten sind selbst unter Demokraten die Interessengegensätze so antagonistisch, dass sie auch unter Androhung von FPÖ-Nazis an der Macht nicht mehr kompromissfähig sind. In Wien tanzen sie die letzten Walzer.
Zu den hiesigen Demokraten zähle ich trotz aller Ekligkeit immer noch auch die FDP, anders als die österreichische FPÖ. Bis unsere FDP das Gegenteil beweist und sich auch im Bund mit der AfD in ein Koalitionsbett legt, in dem sie dann peu a peu erwürgt wird. Der Beweis des FDP-Gegenteils – wenn es sie dann überhaupt noch geben wird, was Göttin verhüten möge – kommt so sicher wie das Amen in jener Kirche, in der die christlichen Demokraten bei einer Koalitions-Hochzeit mit der AfD irgendwann, 2029, das Totenglöckchen der Demokratie einläuten werden.
Demokratie schützt vor Faschismus nicht, nimmt man es genau, ist die bürgerliche Demokratie die Vorstufe des Faschismus und jener nur die mörderischste Krisenlösungs-Variante von bürgerlicher Herrschaft.
Von Analyse & Kritik zur Praxis. Zur Frage: Was tun gegen einen rechten Durchmarsch?
Als erstes: Forderungen formulieren, die für mehr soziale Gerechtigkeit sorgen. Ob das hilft, ist die Frage. Aber es zu unterlassen, wäre Kapitulation. Selbstmord aus Angst vor dem Tod. Das ist jetzt ein bisschen dick aufgetragen, kommt aber bei Fensterreden zum 1. Mai und bei Demos immer gut an. Danach ne kleine Pause machen und es gibt immer Beifall.
Fangen wir mal bei dem Motiv des obigen Plakates an. Mit Forderungen wie:
- Sofortige Erhöhung der Regelsätze für Bürgergeld und Grundsicherung um 200 Euro im Monat
- Einführung einer armutsfesten Kindergrundsicherung
- Einführung eines Sozialen Arbeitsmarktes für Langzeitarbeitslose
- Eine gesetzliche Rentenversicherung mit armutsfester Mindestrente
- Günstige Mobilitätstickets, die sich auch Arme leisten können
- Nationaler Aktionsplan zur Bekämpfung von Armut unter Beteiligung von Betroffenen und deren Vertretungen
- Vermögenssteuer für Superreiche, um sie an der angemessenen Finanzierung unseres Gemeinwesens zu beteiligen.
Das Problem bei konkreten Forderungen: Noch nie haben so viele Menschen gegen ihre Interessen gewählt, wie zurzeit. Aktuell sind über 14 Millionen Menschen in Deutschland einkommensarm. (Die Armutsschwelle liegt für Alleinlebende bei 1186 Euro im Monat.)
Die präzisesten und weitgehendsten Forderungen zur Bekämpfung von Armut kommt von der Partei Die Linke. Hier ein Überblick . Gewählt wurde die Linke bei der letzten Bundestagswahl von knapp 2,3 Mio. Menschen. Bei der Wahl im Februar werden es voraussichtlich weniger als 2 Mio. werden.
Die AfD dagegen will das Bürgergeld abschaffen, Zwangsarbeit einführen, und auf der anderen Seite die Steuersätze senken, Erbschafts- und Schenkungssteuer sowie Grundsteuer abschaffen, also ein extremes Umverteilungsprogramm von unten nach oben . Ihre größten Wahlerfolge erzielt die AfD aber in sozialen Brennpunkten, da wo Arme wohnen. Bei der letzten Wahl erzielte die AfD 4,7 Mio. Stimmen. Wenn es extrem läuft, und das tut es zurzeit an allen Fronten, wird sie diesen Anteil im Februar verdoppeln.
