Unsere demokratische Gesellschaft konstituiert sich durch eine bestimmte Form von Öffentlichkeit. Die Entstehung von Demokratie ist seit den alten Griechen, die die Angelegenheiten der attischen Republik auf dem Marktplatz, der Agora, verhandelten, durch die Herausbildung einer mehr oder weniger offenen Form von Öffentlichkeit nicht nur geprägt, sondern zwangsläufig an sie gekoppelt. Ohne bürgerliche Öffentlichkeit keine bürgerliche Demokratie und umgekehrt. Deshalb z. B. wüten die AfD-Faschisten so zentral und vehement gegen den öffentlich-rechtlichen Rundfunk. Sie hätten am liebsten 24/7 auf allen Kanälen Dschungelcamp, das große Promi-Kacken und öffentliche Auspeitschungen und Hinrichtungen. Informationen kann das doitsche Volk ja über social media beziehen. Motto: Grenzenlose Freiheit auf allen Kanälen für Alle! Keine staatliche Bevormundung!
Das ist klassische Liberalität im liberalen Sinne. Allein daran erkennt man, dass der klassische Liberalismus schon immer für den Arsch war, weil bei ihm aus „allen Kanälen“ nur Abwasserkanäle, Kloaken werden. Das Gesicht des klassischen Liberalismus war ja bekanntlich auch ein Arsch. In Antizipation dessen hatte die Partei SCHUPPEN 68 bei ihrem epochalen Wahlkampf 1991 auf ihre Wahlplakate die Ärsche einzelner Mitglieder abgebildet, mit dem Spruch: Wir haben die besseren Köpfe.
Die Theorie des öffentlichen Eingreifens der Kunst ist über 100 Jahre alt. Sie stammt aus der Blütezeit der sowjetischen Avantgarde bis Mitte der Zwanziger, bevor diese vom stalinistischen Terror erwürgt wurde. Siehe Sergej Tretjakow, Sergei Eisenstein, Wladimir Majakowski, die im Austausch mit Brecht und Walter Benjamin standen.
Ob aus Gründen des Erhalts von Demokratie die neue Regierung mit ihren Milliarden-Schulden den Vormarsch der AfD bremsen kann, ist fraglich. Bevor der kleine Volksgenosse von den Segnungen dieser Schulden direkt was mitgekriegt, sind wir locker bei der nächsten Wahl 2029. Steuererleichterungen für Unternehmen und Spitzenverdiener sind schnell in Kraft gesetzt, aber bevor die erste Brücke saniert ist, das erste Klo einer Grundschule renoviert oder der Erweiterungsbau einer IGS steht, vergehen beim Stand der Bürokratie und Vorschriften Jahrhunderte.
Daher macht es einen tieferen Sinn, wenn die Vertreter der Facharbeiterschaft, die SPD, und die Vertreter des Mittelstandes, die CDU/CSU, das abgeschlossen haben, was im Privatrecht unzulässig ist: Einen Vertrag zu Lasten Dritter. Nämlich zu Lasten der Geflüchteten und der Bürgergeldempfänger. Die müssen dann also zur Befriedigung niederer Gelüste wie Neid, Aggression, Hass von weiten Kreisen der Bevölkerung als klassische Sündenböcke herhalten.
