Shortstory 1: Unlängst mit einem alten Freund im Wirtshaus. Er: „Wenn Du noch mal „Ach ja“ seufzt, knall ich Dir eine.“
Was soll’s, die Lage ist eben anders als die Situation. Und daher fällt mir zu immer mehr Neuigkeiten immer weniger ein. Trump, Putin, Gaza, Klima, Rezession, Seuchen, alles schon von allen gesagt, geschrieben. Und das Hier & Jetzt ist ja nur der Auftakt. Wenn mir jetzt schon nichts mehr einfällt, wozu soll mir dann in 5 Jahren nichts mehr einfallen.
1933 war ein Auftakt, da brannten die Bücher, 1938 brannten die Synagogen, und 1944 brannten die Öfen.
Uhhh, höre ich da einige raunen, da macht jetzt aber einer mit der Faschismuskeule auf Panik. Wie frau’s nimmt….
Ein kleines Beispiel aus der parlamentarischen Praxis in Niedersachsen. Die Zahl der Wohnungslosen in Niedersachsen hat sich in den letzten 3 Jahren verdreifacht, auf nunmehr 33.000. Die reale Zahl liegt wesentlich höher, weil viele nicht erfasst werden. Und das ist erst der Auftakt
Die Ursache sind Armut und soziale Notlagen bei steigenden Mieten und fehlenden Wohnungen. Dagegen gäbe es – neben den drei Säulen gegen Wohnungsmangel 1. Bauen von Sozialwohnungen, 2. Bauen …, 3. Bauen…, – zahlreiche Maßnahmen, bis hin zum Eingriff in das Recht auf Eigentum. Nach § 14 und 15 Grundgesetz. Enteignung. Von profitorientierten Wohnungskonzernen, mit mehr als 3.000 Einheiten. Etwas derartiges hat die Bevölkerung von Berlin mehrheitlich beschlossen. Der Senat sitzt das einfach aus. So einfach ist das in der BRD.
Außerdem gibt es kleinteilige Maßnahmen wie Housing first. Darüber diskutierte der Landtag in Niedersachsen unlängst.


Hier die wesentlichen Positionen von rotgrüner Regierung und schwarzer Opposition, laut HAZ. Drogen und Prostitution sind laut CDU die Ursachen für Obdachlosigkeit und daher müsse Prostitution verboten werden. (Drogen sowieso). Statt weltweit anerkannter, praktizierter, wissenschaftlich fundierter Modelle wie Housing first.
Da hat’s mir dann mal wieder die Sprache verschlagen. Zumal auch das erst ein Auftakt ist.
Erst Verbot von Drogen und Prostitution, danach von Obdachlosigkeit, am Ende von Armut. Alles verbieten. Wer sich nicht dran hält, macht sich strafbar.
Und kommt am Ende ins Lager. Hatten wir alles schon mal.
Die Vorläufer einer extrem repressiven Wohlfahrtspolitik gab es in der Weimarer Republik, anknüpfend an die reaktionären Sichtweisen der Mehrheit der Bevölkerung. Vollendet wurde sowas ein paar Jahre später, unter anderem in der Aktion Arbeitsscheu Reich 1938.
Über 10.000 Landstreicher, Bettler, Prostituierte, Zigeuner, Trunksüchtige wurde damals in Konzentrationslager verschleppt. Und, aufgepasst, liebe Arbeitslose beim Jobcenter: Männer im arbeitsfähigen Alter, die zweimal einen ihnen angebotenen Arbeitsplatz abgelehnt oder nach kurzer Zeit aufgegeben hatten.
Viele haben das nicht überlebt.
Was die CDU, nicht nur in Niedersachsen, hier treibt, ist Framing in Vorbereitung auf eine Koalition mit der AfD.
Shortstory 2: Wir schauten uns im Wirtshaus um. Es war voll, mit alten, weißen Männern, noch älter als wir. Äußerlich keiner ein Hauptgewinn in der Lotterie. Ich: „Wenn jetzt drei (!) Frauen hier reinkämen, auf der Suche nach Abenteuer, dann wären wir die Hauptgewinne.“ Er, starrt mich an. Sagt nichts. Dreht sich in Richtung Theke und ruft: „Noch zwei Bier und zwei Rostocker. Aber bitte schnell, es ist ein Notfall.“
