Für ein Menü in einem Ein-Sterne Restaurant, die proletarische Variante in der Luxus-Liga, springt man mit ca. 150 Euro in den Beutel, bei zwei Sternen ab 250 Euro und im einzigen Dreisterne-Restaurant in Berlin, im Rutz, ist man mit ca. 350 Euro dabei. Da heißt die Atzung dann auch nicht „Gänge“ und es sind nicht schlappe 8, sondern 12, und das nennt sich dann „Inspirationen“ und nicht Gänge. Dazu kommt dann die Weinbegleitung (bei 12 Gängen pro Gang 1 Glas Wein (0,1 Liter), Champagner oder ähnliches, Port gar? Da müsste man mich aus dem Restaurant tragen…) , Digestif, Espresso, Trinkgeld etc. pp.
Summa summarum kommt sollte man – und in solchen Läden läuft es immer noch meist auf „man“ hinaus – für einen Abend zu zweit ungefähr den doppelten Bürgergeldsatz von derzeit 563 Euro pro Monat in den Beutel packen.
Das ethische Problem an dieser Causa ist nicht die Existenz solcher Restaurants. Wenn Kochen Kunst sein kann, warum soll es dann nicht auch Kunst in Vollendung und so etwas wie beispielsweise einen Caravaggio des Kochlöffels geben. Das demokratiebedrohende Problem ist die Tatsache, dass die, die im Rutz und ähnlichem speisen, denen, die ab dem 20. in den Suppenküchen der Republik Schlange stehen, selbst diesen Teller nicht mehr gönnen. Klassenkampf von oben.
Den von da, wo er hingehört, nämlich von unten, haben Kampagnen wie die im Bild oben erfolgreich mit Stumpf und Stiel ausgerottet. Alles, was mit Marxismus konnotiert wird, ist erfolgreich auf den Misthaufen der Geschichte entsorgt worden: Gleichheit, Gerechtigkeit, Solidarität.
Trotzdem werde ich die breaking news verfolgen, wer war beim Griff nach den Sternen erfolgreich, und sollte ich im Lotto mal einen Sechser gewinnen, würde ich das vermutlich erst im Hades, dem famosen Imbiss bei uns in der Yorckstr., und dann im Rutz feiern.
