Was soll’s. Muss ja. Nützt ja nix. Die schwanzrote Koalition, genannt die Kesselflicker-Gang, wird’s schon richten. Schlimmstenfalls zugrunde. Selten war die Bekämpfung des Klimawandels so wenig Ziel wie jetzt, wo die Folgen anhand des Wetters jedermann und jederfrau schweißtreibend auf die Stirn gemeißelt sind.
In Berlin beispielsweise gibt es eine Initiative, die den Autoverkehr radikal aus dem Citybereich verdrängen will zugunsten anderer Verkehrsmittel. Eine vollkommen logische, wissenschaftlich begründbare und dringend notwendige Maßnahme, eine von ganz vielen. Das Begehren ist in der ersten Instanz für zulässig erklärt worden. Das wird aber absehbar in den nächsten Jahren nicht realisiert werden, allein aus Gründen der gesellschaftlichen Folgenabschätzung. Käme das durch, wäre Krieg auf Berlins Straßen. Die Automafia von außerhalb des Cityrings, die CDU- und AfD-Wähler aus Grunewald, Hellersdorf, Dahlem, etc. pp. würde für ihr Menschen-Recht, mit PS-Killermaschinen auf dem Weg zum Brötchenholen die Umwelt zugrunde richten zu dürfen, mit der Waffe in der Hand auf die Straße gehen. Es gäbe Tote und das meine ich ohne jede Ironie.
Wie sehr sich die Konflikte immer mehr unlösbar zuspitzen, sieht man an einer Lachnummer, über die der Koalitionsgipfel heute mit faulen und vor allem asozialen Kompromissen beschließen wird. Es geht um die Entlastung der Verbraucherinnen bei der Stromsteuer, um 5,7 Mrd. Euro. Woher nehmen, wenn nicht stehlen (worauf es übrigens zum Teil hinauslaufen wird, es wird beim Bürgergeld gekürzt werden). Man könnte die Ausweitung der Mütterrente streichen. Unsozial, weil sie einkommensunabhängig gezahlt wird und auch Reichen zugutekommt. Man könnte die Senkung der Gastrosteuer streichen. Unsozial, weil davon nur Gutverdienende profitieren, die sich Restaurantbesuche leisten können. Wenn überhaupt, ich hab noch nie erlebt, dass Restaurants die Preise senken, wenn die Lebensmittelpreise sinken oder die Inflation zurückgeht. Die werden einen Teufel tun und die Absenkung an die Kunden weitergeben.
Man könnte bei Erbschaftsteuer Privilegien für reiche Firmenerben streichen, die wiederholt vom Bundesverfassungsgericht kritisiert wurden, mehrere Milliarden Euro.
Das alles wird nicht geschehen.
Entweder wird beim Bürgergeld gekürzt. Oder, wahrscheinlicher, mit der Gießkanne bei allen Posten gekürzt, 10 Prozent. Das nennt man dann Gleichbehandlung und einen Kompromiss für beide Seiten. Ich nenne das Zynismus. Ich hoffe, dass ich unrecht habe.
Die Konflikte spitzen sich zu. Klassenkampf erhebt sein drohendes Haupt und auch wenn die SPD für alles steht, nur nicht für Klassenkampf, wird diese Koalition nicht sehr alt werden.
